I'm sorry but i am particularly fond of dragon pokemon and i feel you have insulted them. I think they are fine as they are and do not need to be changed.

Let me inform you that dragons in mythology have remained unchanged for millions of years and the dragon pokemon are based on these myths.

Dragons Rule!

- This pokemon is full of life energy.
- Long considered a mythical pokemon and is called the 'Mirage Pokemon'.
- Even the young can exceed 6.5 feet in length.
- It sheds many layers of skin as it grows larger. During this process, it is protected by a rapid waterfall.

Dragons have changed a lot from modern fantasy. Firebreathing is only western dragons, not the Japanese Ryu translated into dragons for English. Merging the two together is a big change. Also there weren't any dragons that breath ice or lightning or poison weapons until Dungeons & Dragons tabletop roleplaying made them, so there's another change.

Also, humans haven't been around for millions of years; but less than 100 thousand.

Anyway, dragons have been able to do all those actions. Chinese dragons could control rain and lightning and there are legends of dragons in either Russia or Iran (I can't remember which) that spat poison.

I have also read books that involved dragons that were made of icicles.

And i do know that humans are children compared to dragons in their years of reign, but that doesn't really make a difference.
