General site changes:
- Comparer results page now has radio buttons to select a different version.

- Added a page briefly describing how to get to the IRC channel.
- Updated the Pokedex info page.

- Removed broken contest information from D/P moves.
- Removed the swarms of Pokemon icons on move pages, and replaced them with full tables (or, in excessive cases like Toxic, links to the Pokemon search).
- Pokemon that learn moves in "other" ways now show up on move pages.

Data changes:
- Exeggcute was missing Stun Spore in RBY/GSC.

Thanks to ciencia for reporting all of these and surskitty for confirming them.

Well, this is my way of acknowledge you for sharing your Pokédex data to the community. I'm building a Spanish Pokédex in a wiki and I use your data as the base data to fill it, and then I check it with other Pokédex or in the game.

Oh, cool.

I wonder how monumental a task it would be to support other languages for the entire Pokedex..

If everything were modular, it would probably take only the effort of translating it. But in order to do that, you kind of have to have the idea of multiple languages right from the beginning..?

What you need is to redesign your pokedex data to follow the relational model.

Some things that I would change (and I changed in my own design) is to have a separate table for the names of the moves, in english, japanese, romanized, and other languages, out of the main table of moves. The same for Pokemon and abilities. And maybe other for descriptions.

That didn't originally make much sense since I only had two (and a half..) languages, but I've been considering it for a while now and will do it someday -- that's why there's now an entire "names" section for Pokemon. I'm torn about taking the English name out; it may be normalized, but it overcomplicates things in the very very common general case.
